All of Allied's workmanship is completely guaranteed. When Allied builds something it is built to last. When we repair or replace parts, we do it correctly or we do it again. The parts we use for assembly are all highest quality and manufacturers warranty's apply. Keeping in mind that in normal use our equipment can be subject to extreme conditions, it is impossible to offer express warranties for conditions, but upon leaving our facility, we confirm that all of our work is highest quality and ready to exceed normal usage expectations. It is our corporate goal to see to it that you are fully satisfied.

Allied Tank (the Company) warrants to the original purchaser, new products manufactured by it to be free of defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment from the point of manufacture. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

The Company will repair or, at its option, replace any part of its new products which under normal use and service fails to conform to this warranty, provided that such part shall be returned to the Company or, at its option, the CompanyÕs authorized representative, within one year from the date of delivery.

Component parts furnished by the Company but manufactured by other manufacturers are warranted by that manufacturer. Allied Tank does not warranty these components.

No warranty of any kind is made or shall be imposed upon the Company with respect to new products which have been subject to operation in excess of recommended capacities, misuse, negligence or accident, or have been altered or repaired in any manner not authorized by the Company.

Allied Tank shall not be liable for any damages or expenses caused by delay in delivery of the products described herein where such delay is beyond the control of the dealer or manufacturer, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, war, fire, flood, strikes or labor trouble, priorities or allocations voluntarily instituted by the manufacturer or adopted in conformance with any order or request by the Government, or inability to obtain sufficient or suitable materials or transportation facilities.

Typographical errors are subject to correction.

ALL WARRANTY WORK MUST BE APPROVED BY CONTACTING ALLIED TANK PRIOR TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR.
