Year One: Tank is covered for all leaks and manufacturing defects. Repairs will be made or authorized to be made after progress is notified of the problem and acknowledges that the problem is a result of defective materials or wrkmanship. Repairs under this warranty can be made at Allied tanks HQ location in Norristown, PA, customers choice of repair facilities or at the progress plant at Arthur Illinois.

Years 2 - 10 - Tank is covered for leaks through ten years. Repairs will be made at Allied Tank or at an Authorized Progress repair facility. Repair locations will be selected by progress after evaluating the problem and determining te proper repair procedure.

Warranty covers Allied-Progress Aluminim Tank Bodies used in on-road service and only mounted on single axle truck chassis or on location at Allied Tank in accordance with written Progress mounting procedures. Tandem axle tank trucks with Air-ride suspensions are also covered by the same terms for a ten-year period. Allied and Progress tank assume no responsbility for defects caused by or related to accident, improper mounting or attachment on the part of any thrid party or improper use, alterations or maintenance.
