Repairs will be made or authorized to be made after progress is notified of the problem and acknowledges that the problem is a result of defective materials or workmanship. Repairs under this warranty can be made at Allied Tank's hq location in Norristown, PA, customers' choice of repair facilities* or at the Progress plant at Arthur, Illinois. Years 2 - 10 - Tank is covered for leaks through ten years. Repairs will be made at Allied Tank or at an Authorized Progress repair facility. Repair locations will be selected by Progress after evaluating the problem and determining the proper repair procedure. Warranty covers Allied-Progress Aluminum Tank Bodies used in on-road service and only mounted on single axle truck chassis or on location at Allied Tank in accordance with written Progress mounting procedures.
